摘要
以乙酰乙酸甲酯为原料,合成了化合物2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)-2-(Z)-甲氧亚胺基乙酸甲酯及其15个衍生物,其中14个化合物未见文献报道,化合物的结构均经1H-NMR和IR予以确认。初步抑菌活性测试结果表明,在200 mg.L-1质量浓度下,目标化合物对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearum)和马铃薯干腐病菌(Fusarium solani)均有不同程度的抑菌活性。
(Z)-methyl-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetate and its 15 derivatives were synthesized from methyl acetoacetate,of which 14 derivatives were reported.Their structures were identified by 1H-NMR and IR.The preliminary bioassays results showed that all derivatives exhibited certain fungicidal activities against Fusarium graminearum and F.solani at the concentration of 200 mg·L-1.
