结合2011年中央一号文件《关于加快水利改革发展的决定》,扼要叙述近年来新疆境内水利水电工程中病险水库安全和农村饮水方面的有关问题,以供参考。

Based on the Central Party Committee＇s No.1 Document in 2011： ＂Decision on Acceleration of Water Conservation Reform and Development＂,this paper briefly describes the concerns about the safety of dangerous reservoirs of water conservation and hydropower projects,and the rural drinking water in Xinjiang region in recent years,which can be used for reference.
