摘要
文章提出一种基于负逻辑的数控机床运动轴硬限位保护装置的设计方案,并以此方案为指导思想添加了一台VM650型数控铣床(西门子802S系统)硬限位保护装置,解决了机床因线路断开或接触不良等现象导致硬限位无效的缺点,加强了机床的安全性能。
In this paper,a negative logical design of NC machine tool motive axis′ hard position limitation protection device is introduced.And installed the hard position limitation protection device of a VM650 NC milling machine(Sinumerik 802S system)taking the plan as the guiding principle.The hard position limitation protection device based on negative logical design has solved the engine bed phenomena and so on line separation or bad contact causes the hard position limitation invalid shortcoming,strengthened engine bed′s safety performance.
