摘要 在分析目前电力系统控制、维护、技术管理3个方面存在问题的基础上,讨论了将三者有机地集成到一起构成一个统一的智能的控制-维护-技术管理集成系统(ICMMS)的思想;通过ICMMS参考模型分析了ICMMS的含义;介绍了ICMMS的体系结构;分析了ICMMS中基于智能单元和总线结构的智能特征和分布特征,基于功能集成、目标集成、信息集成的集成特征,以及基于总线结构和标准化的开放特征。对ICMMS在中国电力系统自动化领域中的应用前景充满信心。 The thought of integrating three main technical parts of control. maintenance and technical management togetherto form a uniform intelligent control-maintenance-technical management system (ICMMS) is put forward. The meaning andstrategy of ICMMS are analyzed. The architecture of ICMMS is given out. The intelligence characteristic based on intelligentunit and network. the integration characteristic based on function integrating. target integrating and information integrating.the distribution characteristic based on fie1d-bus. as well as openness characteristic based on network and standardization areall analyzed. The paper also introduces the application prospect of ICMMS in power system in China.
