摘要
以异丙苯过氧化氢和四乙烯五胺为氧化还原对引发剂,通过乳液聚合合成了聚异戊二烯接枝丝胶乳液(PL-g-SS),其结构和性能经NMR,TEM及激光粒度分析表征。结果表明:丝胶成功地接枝到聚异戊二烯上;PL-g-SS双亲纳米微球具有明显的PL为核,SS为壳的核壳结构,平均粒径48 nm,且粒径分布较为均匀。采用杂凝聚法将PL-g-SS共混在天然乳胶(NR)中制得改性天然乳胶薄膜(PL-g-SS/NR),机械性能和过敏性测试结果表明,PL-g-SS/NR断裂强度有了明显的提高,杂凝聚方法形成的核壳结构使丝胶包裹在手套的表面,改善了手套的过敏性,也提高了乳胶的耐溶剂性能。
Graft copolymer latex polyisoprene-silk sericin(PL-g-SS) were synthesized by emulsion polymerization using two-component redox-initiation system(cumene hydroperoxide and tetraethylene pentamine).The structure and performance of PL-g-SS were confirmed by NMR,TEM and particle size analyzer.The results showed that SS fully grafted from the isoprene backbone,and the amphiphilic PL-g-SS nanoparticles showed clear core-shell structure,where the PL cores were coated with SS shells.Additionally,PL-g-SS nanoparticles exhibited small and narrow-distributed particle sizes with the average size of 48 nm.Modified natural rubber(NR) film(PL-g-SS/NR) was obtained by heterocoagulation to observed the effect of PL-g-SS to the properties and allergy of NR.The result showed on the premise of maintain the excellent physical properties of the NR,the allergy of NR was effectively reduces by heterocoagulation of NR and PL-g-SS.Moreover,the structure of hydrophilic sericin wraping up the surface of hydrophobe NR possessed modified NR high solvent resistance.
