二茂铁功能化的水溶性金纳米粒子的合成与表征 被引量:1

摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,经4步反应合成了一种端基为二茂铁(FcH)的PEG硫醇配体(Fc-PEG-SH)。采用两相法制备了油胺(OAm)保护的金纳米粒子(OAm/nanoAu)。采用配体交换法合成了二茂铁功能化的水溶性金纳米粒子(Fc-PEG/nanoAu),其结构和性能经UV-Vis,1HNMR,IR,TGA,XPS,TEM及循环伏安法表征和分析。结果表明:Fc-PEG/nanoAu粒径为4 nm,且分散性良好;氧化电位较Fc-PEG-SH降低。 PEG mercaptan ligand with ferrocene end-group(Fc-PEG-SH) was synthesized from polyglycol(PEG) by a four-step reaction.Oleylamine(OAm) coated gold nanoparticles(OAm/nanoAu) were prepared by two-phase method.A ferrocene-functionalized and water-soluble gold nanoparticle(Fc-PEG/nanoAu) were synthesized by the ligand-exchange method.The structures and performance of gold nanoparticle were characterized by UV-Vis,1H NMR,IR,TGA,XPS,TEM and cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that the particle size of gold nanoparticle were 4 nm,dispersion property were good,and oxidation peak current was increased.
