4-甲基-5-卤代-2-噻吩甲醛和2,4-二甲基-5-卤代噻吩的合成

Synthesis of 4-Methyl-5-halothiophene-2-carbaldehyde and 2,4-Dimethyl-5-halothiophene

摘要 以3-甲基噻吩为原料,经过卤代反应、Vilsmeier甲酰化反应和Wollf L-Kishner-Huang minlon反应合成了4-甲基-5-卤代-2-噻吩甲醛和2,4-二甲基-5-卤代噻吩,其结构经NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。 4-Methyl-5-halothiophene-2-carbaldehyde and 2,4-dimethyl-5-halothiophene were synthesized from 3-methylthiophene by halogenation reaction,Vilsmeier formylation reaction and Wollf L-Kishner-Huang minlon reaction.The structures were confirmed by NMR,IR,MS and elemental analyses.
