广东水稻地方品种稻米品质分析

Study on rice quality of local rice germplasm in Guangdong

利用Microsoft Excel、DPS、SPSS软件,对部分气候因子跟稻米品质性状进行相关性分析;对广东地方稻种资源的9个品质性状进行了多元相关系数、聚类分析,并初步将品种分为7个类别。其分析结果可为挖掘和利用优异资源、优质稻育种研究、生产等领域提供参考依据。

9 rice quality traits of Guangdong local rice germplasm were studied by using the multiple correlation coefficient and clustering analysis with the statistic software Microsoft Excel, DPS, SPSS. And we divided the varieties into 7 categories initially. The results provided reference and basis for excavation and using outstanding rice resources research and production of high quality rice breeding.
