摘要
根据2008年涪江流域水质监测数据和绵阳市生态城市建设、环境保护"十一五"规划以及国家标准要求,应用污染指数法对涪江6个断面水质进行分析和评价。结果表明,2008年涪江绵阳段各监测断面河流水质全部达到Ⅲ类标准,河流水质有所改善;按照Ⅱ类地表水指标要求尚有4个断面水质没有达标,主要污染物为溶解氧、氨氮、粪大肠杆菌,主要污染源为工业污染、生活污染和非点源污染。应采取工业和农业污染控制措施、实施城市和乡镇环境保护规划、提高污水处理比例和达标率、恢复河流生态系统功能。
Through collecting the water quality data monitored in six representative sections of Fujiang of Mianyang in 2008 and under the help of pollution index method,this thesis aimed to analyze and evaluate the current water quality.Besides,according to Mianyang's Ecocity Construction and the 11th Five-Year Planning on Environmental Protection and Environmental Quality Standard Ⅱ,analysed the major pollutants and the features of the existing pollution sources.Ultimately,proposed the water environmental protective strategy and the water pollution controlling measures of Fujiang in Mianyang.The results showed that water quality achieved standard Ⅲ in the whole district in 2008,and water quality upward trend.However,except Pingwu and Lijiadu,the water quality of the other four sections didn't reach the target of Ⅱ in Environmental Quality Standard of Fujiang in Mianyang distrct,there is still a degree of pollution.The major pollutants are Dissolved Oxygen(DO),Ammonia Nitrogen(NH3-N),Fecal Colibacillus.The major pollution sources are industrial,domestic,and non-point source pollution.Proposed to improve the utilization of the urban sewage treatment plant,to optimize the treatment process and to control the attainment rate.Moreover,industry and agriculture pollution controlling,urban and rural environmental protect,river ecosystem restoration should also be planned.
