摘要
阿司匹林是一种应用最广泛的解热镇痛药和抗炎药。对近年来使用的催化剂进行了简要的综述,评价了各种工艺的优缺点,认为对硫酸氢钠、苯甲酸钠、草酸和离子液体等可望成为取代液体浓硫酸并对环境友好的催化剂。
Aspirin is widely used as antipyretic analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. In this paper, catalysts for synthesis of aspirin in recent years were summarized, and advantages and disadvantages of different processes were briefly discussed. It was believed that NaHSO4, PhCO2Na, oxalic acid, ionic liquids would become good catalysts for synthesis of aspirin.
