摘要
翻斗式计量装置具有计量精度较高、适应原油自身特点等优势,在油田油井产量计量中应用日益广泛。介绍了一种翻斗式称重计量装置,其工作原理是采用称重传感器,根据力矩平衡原理,建立起传感器的测量值与被计量的原油重量之间的关系。详细地阐述了该计量装置的主体部件——计量料斗的工作原理,并对其进行了计量误差分析。
The tipping bucket measuring device, with advantages of high measurement accuracy, adapting to their own characteristics of crude oil and so on, has been used more and more widely in oil field measurement. In this paper, the tipping and weighing bucket measurement device was introduced, its working principle is according to the torque balance theory, to establish the relationship between the values measured by the weighing sensor and the weight of crude oil. Main components of this measuring device were elaborated as well as working principle of the measuring hopper and measurement error analysis.
