摘要 裂解炉是乙烯装置能耗大户,通过实行包炉制、设专职司炉工、实行定期吹灰等措施强化管理,采取严格控制运行周期和烧焦过程、优化裂解深度控制、采用自产燃料气减轻对流段腐蚀等手段优化操作,并实行了对流段改造、废锅改造等技术改造措施,延长裂解炉运行周期、提高热效率,降低装置能耗。 Cracking furnace is a key energy consumption factor in ethylene plant. So management was enhanced by means of contracting furnace system, posting professional stoker and cleaning dust at regular, and operation was optimized with firmly controlling acting cycle and decoking process, controlling the degree of pyrolysis, using self-produced gas to lighten corrosion of convection section. Technical renovations, such as modification of convection section and waste heat boiler, were finished, too. With the above mentioned measures, the furnace operational cycle was prolonged, thermal efficiency was improved and energy consumption was reduced.
