国内外重载车用柴油机的现状及发展趋势

Current Situation and Development Tendency of Home and Abroad Heavy-Duty Truck Diesel Engines

通过对比国内外重载车用柴油机的现状、技术发展趋势及国内柴油机存在的差距,可以看出目前国内大功率重载车用柴油机配套率低,关键技术受制于人已成为影响我国重载车用柴油机发展的主要瓶颈。为了尽快改变我国重载车用柴油机的落后现状,满足不断增长的重卡市场对柴油机的需求,提出重载车用柴油机的发展目标和思路,发展重型柴油机需采用的关键技术措施。同时,还介绍了一些有关重载车用柴油机研发过程中应用软件的情况。

By analyzing the status,development trend of technology,the widening gap between domestic heavy-duty diesel engines and the ones abroad,it is found that there are some disadvantages for domestic high power diesel engine at present,such as lower boarding rate,key technologies restricted by others,etc.All of these have become the obstacles to the development of our diesel industry.In order to change the lag behind status and satisfy the growing markets demands for heavy-duty diesel engines,the developing targets,the key technical methods and routes are discussed for developing heavy-duty diesel engines.Moreover,illustration is made of some respective RD systems and applied software packages related to such heavy-duty engine development.
