摘要
简要介绍了水利工程生态效应评价的必要性及其国内外研究状况,重点分析了水利工程生态效应的特征和水利工程对生态环境的各种影响,提出了应对水利工程负面生态效应的措施,以利客观准确地进行水利工程生态效应评价。
In order to get an objective and accurate ecological effect assessment of water conservancy project, this article briefly introduced its necessity and research status at home and abroad, mainly analyzed its characteristics and various adverse effects on the ecological environment, measures of response to the negative ecological effects of water conservancy project were proposed.
