Application and Development of Irradiation Technology in Food Industry

食品辐照加工技术是对核能的一种和平应用。文章从紫外线杀菌、射线杀菌两方面阐述了食品辐照技术的原理,总结了该技术的特点,探讨了辐照食品的安全性问题以及辐照技术的发展前景。

Food irradiation processing technology is a kind of peaceful application of nuclear power. First, the irradiation technology principles were expounded in the aspects of ultraviolet radiation, and ray sterilization; second, characteristics of irradiation technology in food industry were summarized; finally, the security problems of irradiated food and development prospects of irradiation technology were discussed in this paper.
