摘要
试验设置了6个不同氮浓度水平分别为0mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L、200mg/L和250mg/L,通过分别测量各处理大蒜的株高、叶片长度、叶片宽度,假茎直径、假茎长整株重、地上部重、地下部重,研究不同氮浓度营养液对基质栽培宝坻大蒜生长的影响,以期找到最适宜基质栽培宝坻大蒜生长的氮浓度营养液配方。试验结果表明:不同氮含量营养液处理对宝坻大蒜生长存在显著影响,其中以氮浓度为250mg/L的营养液配方最适合宝坻大蒜鳞茎的生长。
The objective of this work is to determine the effects of nitrogen on the growth of Allium sativum "Baodi Garlic".In the study,the garlic plant was treated by nutrient solution with different nitrogen contents(0mg/L,50mg/L,100mg/L,150mg/L,200mg/L and 250mg/L) and the height,the longest leaf length,the longest leaf width,cauloid length,cauloid diameter and the weight after harvest were surveyed.The result shows the growth of Baodi garlic was influenced by nitrogen supply significantly,and the recommended nitrogen concentration in nutrient solution was 250mg/L in media culture.
