苜蓿籽油的超临界CO_2提取工艺及组成分析 被引量:2

摘要 以苜蓿籽为原料,进行超临界CO2提取籽油的工艺条件研究。研究了提取压力、提取温度、CO2流量和提取时间对苜蓿籽提取得率的影响,并采用GC-MS分析了籽油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明:最佳萃取条件为提取压力35Mpa、提取温度35℃、CO2流量14kg/h、提取时间120min;苜蓿籽油的主要组成成分为油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸等。超临界CO2提取苜蓿籽时间短,效率高,是一种较好的苜蓿籽油提取方法。 The alfalfa seed oil was extract by supercritical fluid in this paper.The effect of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,CO2 flow rate and extraction time on oil yield were studied.Moreover,the components of alfalfa seed oil were also analysis by GC-MS.The result shown that the optimum extraction pressure,temperature,CO2 flow rate,extraction time for the extraction were 35Mpa,35℃,14kg/h and 120min respectively.The fatty acid components were oleic acid,linolic acid,linolenic acid,stearic acid and palmitic acid,respectively.The supercritical fluid extraction was a suitable method for alfalfa seed oil.
