电力资源优化配置数学模型的建立与探讨

摘要 在实行省为实体、网厂分开、竞价上网的电力体制改革的新形势下,提出了“应该在遵循电网运行规律、保持经济效益和社会效益相统一的前提下,使省公司收益最大化,去配置有限的电力资源”的观点。认为只有如此,电力资源才能优化合理配置,才能实现资源效益的最佳发挥。同时,通过数学推导建立起省电力公司收益的数学模型,并对数学模型中的两个变量(机组基础发电量B和年竞价发电量S)的不同配置和取值分析,提出了电力资源优化合理配置的具体实现形式。从理论上阐述了等量的电力资源不同的配置所产生的资源效益是不同的。 While power plants are separated from the net-work and they are going to be connected with the networkat competitive price with the province as the entity, it isproposed to distribute limited electric Power resources tomaximze the edrings of provincial company while the op-erating law of electric network is observed and both eco-nomic and social effects are maintained. Best use can bemade of electric Power resources ouly by doing so. Amathematic model was constructed through mathematic in-ference for the earningr of the provincial electric powercompany and specific optimal distribution of electric poweris suggested by assigning the two variables of the math-ematic model (power generated within capacity and powergenerated at competitive price). It is expounded in theorythat different distributions of the same electric power re-sources can generate different effects.
