摘要
采集18个产地的石灰石样品,对其进行了固硫特性三项指标A、K、C的测定,分别按着各项活动指标的大小,把石灰石固硫特性的优劣分为四级,建立了石灰石主要化学成分与各项活动指标的预测模型;利用主要成分分析对各项活动指标赋权,通过与理想点的贴近度给出各样品关于三项活动指标的综合得分,从而对石灰石固硫特性的优劣进行综合评价,以便应用于锅炉烟气脱硫系统。
Three indexes A, K and C of desulfurationcharacteristics were determined for limestone samples from18 sources, and according to the magnitudes of differentactivities, the desulfuration characteriestics of limestoneswere classified into 4 grades and models were built forprediction of major compositions of limestone and indexesof different activities. Through major composition analysisand assignment of activity indexes, overall marks weregiven to A, K and G of different samples in accordancewith their closeness to the idea point, and an overall eval-uation was thus made of the desulfuration characteristies oflimestones so that they can be used in the gas desuifura-tion systems of boilers as appropriate.
