摘要
目的评价子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后出血的疗效,行数字减影血管造影(USA)明确子宫动脉、出血血管、有无动静脉瘘等情况后栓塞子宫动脉进行止血。方法对47例保守无效的产后出血患者行TAE救治,栓塞剂采用凝胶海绵。结果超选择双侧子宫动脉插管成功率100%,手术时间30～90min,术后有效止血率100%,术后随访2个月至36个月,均无严重并发症出现,术后14例患者生子。结论动脉栓塞术(TAE)创伤小,疗效快速肯定,术随访期及长期随访无严重并发症出现,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of uterine arterial medical embolization to cure the postpartum uterine hemorrhage.Methods With the help of femoral artery catheter,the gelatin sponge particles were injected into the uterine artery to control its bleeding after conservative treatment.Results All cases intubating successful once,the surgery time was 30 to 90 min,and all cases stop bleeding successful.All of the 47 cases had recovered well and 14 cases of them bearing in 2 to 36 months follow-up visit.Conclusion TAE is little trauma,thecarative effect is good,and have small adverse reactions.So it＇s worth popularization in clinical.
