局部放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌痛

Local radiotherapy combined Zoledronic acid treatment of bone metastases a cancer pain

目的探讨局部放疗联合唑来膦酸对骨转移癌患者的镇痛效果。方法 32例骨转移癌患者,局部放疗,DT总量3000 cGy/10f/2W,给予唑来膦酸4mg加入生理盐水100ml中,静脉滴注时间不<15min,d1,每4周为1周期;用药2周期后评价疗效。结果 32例患者中,疼痛完全缓解(CR)23例,部分缓解(PR)5例,无缓解(NR)4例,总有效率87.5%(28/32);毒副反应主要是发热、肌肉疼痛、恶心、呕吐等,经对症处理后恢复。结论局部放疗联合唑来膦酸对骨转移癌患者镇痛效果较好,且毒副反应可耐受。

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of local radiotherapy combined Zoledronic acid treatment of metastatic bone tumors.Methods 32 patients with a history of bone metastases,were treated with a regimen including local radiotherapy,3000 cGy/10f/2W,and intravenous Zoledronic acid at 4 mg in 100 ml 0.9% sodium chloride over 15 min,every 4 weeks for one cycle.All patients were assessed every 2 cycles.Results The results showed,23 patients achieved complete pain relief（CR）,5 patients had partial catabatic（PR）,4 patients had no relief（NR）,and total effective response rates（CR＋PR）was 87.5%（28/32）.Side effects include fever,muscle pain,nausea and vomiting,however there were many methods to prevent,lessen,or relieve the side effects.Conclusion The treatment of local radiotherapy combined Zoledronic acid for bone metastases is safe andeffective.
