摘要 2008年突如其来的金融危机对定稿不久的"巴塞尔协议Ⅱ"形成了事实上的冲击,"巴塞尔协议Ⅲ"可以算是对金融危机的补救和应对措施。目前各国监管机构正在紧锣密鼓地推进实施"巴塞尔协议Ⅲ",新的监管规则会产生什么样的影响呢? The unexpected financial crisis in 2008 heavily stroked'BaselⅡ'.which issued before long.Hereunder,'BaselⅢ'can be considered as remediation measure. Currently,authorities in main countries of world are actively practicing the new rule,but how will it affect global banking industry in the future?
