首先综述国内外配电自动化的发展历程与现状，对配电自动化所采用的几种通信方式做了比较。详细介绍三川配电综合自动化系统的特点，通信方式和功能，以及在邯郸城网配电自动化中的应用。
This paper outlines the evolution of distribution automation systems (DAS) throughout the word and their present status. Distribution carrier communication is compared and discussed with other different kinds of communication. The paper describes in detail an new advanced distribution comprehensive system (DCS) developed by Sanchuan Electric Technique Research Institute, including communication, relay protection, facility management et al. This new DAS has been applied in Handan distribution system.
