新兴碳限制对企业要素资本选择的影响分析

Analysis on Emerging Carbon Constrains Effect on Element Capital Structure

低碳经济给企业带来了机遇,也带来了挑战,如何应对这些挑战成为企业赢得"低碳竞争力"的首要问题。本文结合要素资本理论和碳限制,分析了企业应如何配置要素资本以更好地适应低碳经济的要求。分析结果表明,低碳经济是一种与高新技术联系紧密的经济形式,企业应该增加技术等要素资本比重才能突破碳限制,从而也说明了传统要素资本的局限性和新要素资本产生的必然。

The low-carbon economy has brought corporations with both opportunities and challenges.How to deal with these challenges is the first consideration of corporation competitiveness.Based on the element capital theories and the carbon constrains,this paper analyzes how to choose the proper element capital and its structure.The analysis states that carbon economy is one kind of economy connected with high technology and corporations should increase technology investment in order to break through these constrains.It also states the limits of traditional element capital and the necessity of the new element capital.
