摘要
通过对高等学校实验室建设现状及存在问题的分析,结合CDIO工程教育改革的人才培养理念和培养模式,提出了"创新型、能力型、实战型"的工程科技人才培养目标,以及以"学生为主、实践为主"的自主学习组织方式,构建了基于CDIO模式"四位一体"的创新实验平台及其运行机制和对学生的激励机制。
After analyzing the current status and potential problems for the laboratory of college and considering personnel training ideas and training mode of CDIO engineering education reform,this paper presented a talent training objective called ＂innovation,capacity and actual-combat type＂ engineering personnel.By the self-learning organization method of ＂student-oriented and practice-based＂,an integrated innovative experimental platform combined of four parts based on CDIO model was built on.Its working mechanism and a series of incentives for students were discussed.
