Construction of the Practical Teaching System for Cultivating Applied Talents

实践教学是提高教育教学质量的重要途径,对应用型本科人才培养来说更为关键。从理论和实践两个层面对实践教学体系的构建进行了探讨,从教师、学生和教学过程3个方面出发,提出在实践教学体系构建中要转变教师观念、提高学生学习积极性和主动性,构建适合各个水平层次学生的教学模式,要采取有效措施把实践教学和实验室建设、师资队伍建设、专业建设、科研发展等几个方面有机结合起来。

Practical teaching is an important approach for improving the quality of teaching in higher education,especially for bringing up the person with ability in application oriented university.So constructing a perfect practical teaching system is very important for the application oriented university.This article discussed the perfect practical teaching system in terms of theory and by way of practice.The article proposed that we should change the teachers＇ concept and improve the students＇ positivity on study;we should form a good mode in teaching that is O.K.for everyone.we should take useful measures to combine the perfect practical teaching with the contruction of laboratory,teachers,specialty and so on.
