人力资源管理专业实验室建设是人力资源管理专业实践教学体系研究的重要内容。人力资源管理专业课程实验软件的开发与购买、人力资源管理专业设计性综合软件的购买、嵌入企业应用软件的人力资源管理专业实验教学的探索、人力资源管理沙盘模拟训练实训的探索和人才测评实验室建设是人力资源管理专业实验室建设与实践的创新性思路。
Study of the laboratorial construction of Human Resource Management is one of the most important content of the practice teaching system on human resource management.Innovative thoughts were explored on the human resources management laboratory construction and practice such as course development and purchase of experimental software,purchase of integrated software and professional design,study of the experimental teaching embedded in the enterprise application software,exploration of simulation training in sandbox and construction of the talent assessment laboratory.
