摘要
在我国舰船计程仪的设计制造过程中,大多采用电磁感应原理对信号进行采集转换,其解算方式已远不能满足现代船舶航运业的需求,为了解决信息显示与发送及相关控制的智能化操作问题,提出将微计算机技术用于计程仪系统对采集信号的解算及各种信息数据的处理,采用嵌入式微处理技术及多点数值逼近误差修正方法解决电磁传感器非线性测速问题。实验结果表明其微机计程仪测速系统具有可靠的软件技术,硬件电路简单、可靠性高、工作稳定,适应现代化舰船的需求。
In our country, in the process of designing and manufacturing ship log, most of the principles on electromagnetic induction by colleting the signal conversion was applied, in which the solving method couldn't satisfy the modern ships of the shipping industry, in order to solve the problem of information display, sending and issuing intelligent operational control, micro-computer technology applied to the log system signal meter billing to collect various kinds of information data processing, embedded micro-processing technology and multi-point numerical approximation error correction method were all used to solve the problem of electromagnetic sensor nonlinear speed. Experimental results expatiate that microcomputer heaving log system is reliable for software technology, simple in hardware with high reliability and working stably and suitability, to the needs of modern ships. The microcomputer log has become adaptable for modem ship construction and needs.
