摘要 研究了以石油焦为原料、KOH化学活化法制备高比表面积活性炭工业化技术,以及工业化制备中碱炭比、活化温度、活化时间对产品指标的影响,提出了适合高比表面积活性炭工业化的新型反应器及碱液回收处理工艺,确定了生产高比表面积活性炭的最佳工艺条件:碱炭比5、活化温度830℃、活化时间1.0 h.结果表明,采用确定的技术路线可实现高比表面积活性炭的工业化,采用确定的工艺条件可工业化制备BET比表面积达2 900 m2/g、平均孔径2.46 nm的活性炭产品。 The industrialized technique to produce the high surface area activated carbon with the petroleum coke and KOH chemical activation was investigated. Several factors were also investigated, including the ratio of alkali to carbon, activating temperature and activating time. A new.industrialized reactor and the process of the recycle of alkali solution recollection were proposed. The optimal manufacturing conditions for production of high surface area activated carbon were obtained which are as follows. The ratio of alkali to carbon is 5. The activating temperature is 830 ℃. The activating time is 1 h. Results expatiate that the adoption of determined technique line can realize the industrialized production of high surface area activated carbon, together with industrialized preparation. Its specific surface area is 2900 m^2/g, and averaged pore diameter is 2.46 nm.
