摘要
通过对儒家管理智慧总原则、核心概念、方法艺术的分析,结合现代管理理论与实践,阐释在中国现代管理中两者结合的必然性及重大意义。
The author analyzes the general principles,core concepts and methodologies of Confucian wisdom on management before introducing modern theories and practices in this field,and aims to demonstrate how necessary and important it is to combine Confucian thoughts with modern theories of management in China.
