Large Coal fired Bogie Hearth Type Annealing Furnace

大型燃煤台车式退火炉跨度为４ ６４０ ｍ ｍ ，采用９０°砖砌拱顶，炉门由电动机带动，通过按钮及限位开关控制炉门的开闭；采用多点检测仪显示炉温，圆图记录仪记录一点的温度。经生产验证，该炉具有结构简单、操作方便、升温速度快、保温效果好、炉温均匀、燃耗低等特点，是目前河南省砖砌拱顶跨度最大的热处理炉。
