Synthesis of ZSM-22 Zeolite and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 以1,6-己二胺(DAH)为模板剂,硫酸铝为铝源,采用动态及静态合成法,分别以正硅酸乙酯、白炭黑、硅胶为硅源,对ZSM-22分子筛的合成影响因素进行了考察,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成样品进行了表征。结果表明,在晶化温度为433 K、物料比n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(DHA)∶n(K2O)∶n(H2O)=90∶1∶27∶27∶3 600时,采用正硅酸乙酯以动态合成法及加入晶种的静态合成法均合成出了结晶度良好的ZSM-22分子筛晶体。 With 1,6 - diaminocyclohexane (DHA) as template, aluminum sulfate as aluminum source, using dynamic and static synthetic method, with ethyl orthosilicate, silica white, silica gel as silica source respectively, the synthesis influeucing factors of ZSM -22 are investigated, the product are characterized by XRD,SEM. The result shows, when crystallization temperature is 433 K, n ( SiO2 ) : n ( Al2O3 ) : n (DHA) : n(K2O) : n(H2O) =90 : 1 : 27 : 27 : 3 600,the crystallinity good ZSM -22 zeolite can abtained with ethyl orthosilicate by dynamic synthetic method and static synthetic method which adding seeds.
