摘要
上海宝钢某分公司一条轧机生产线上的齿轮箱在改变轧制生产工艺后发生强力振动并伴随巨大噪音。为了分析振源、提供消噪办法,描述了现场实测、有限元固频讨论和齿轮箱传动轮齿的拍击频率计算,找到了引起齿轮箱振动的振因。从现场实际情况的约束和避免机械振动的一般原理出发,提出对齿轮箱加筋以改变结构刚度的方法,达到避开齿轮拍击频率与齿轮箱固频相耦合的可能,并给出了加筋方案和非偶合频率的计算。
At a branch factory of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,severe vibration and noise in the gear box was detected on a rolling Mill production line when the rolling production process has been changed.The article proposes a method for the field testing and finite element natural frequency calculation and the beat frequency calculation between drive gears.It found the reason of the gear box vibration for vibration source analysis and noise cancellation.The article was described from a perspective of actual situation and the general principle of preventing mechanical vibrations.The paper proposed a method of reinforcement on the gear box to change the structural stiffness,to avoid a coupling possibility between the gear tooth beat frequency and structural natural frequency.A solution is given for increasing reinforcement programs and the calculations of non-coupling frequency.
