摘要
通过对现在C2C电子商务模式下的网上店铺客户管理进行研究,发现问题和不足,分析开发针对淘宝商家的客户管理系统的优势及现实意义。主要分析了在淘宝上开店的商家在客户管理方面存在的问题,帮助他们对客户进行有效管理。通过分析现有的页面抽取技术,了解页面抽取的基本流程和方法,然后设计开发Java页面抽取程序,对淘宝店铺页面的商品信息、商品交易记录、淘宝买家账户信息等数据进行抽取,设计合理数据库对数据进行分类保存及管理,然后使用Google图表API生成统计图表,使用基于B/S结构的网站显示统计图表信息,为淘宝商家进行产品营销提供了参考依据。
Through researching customer management of shops online in C2C e-commerce mode now,problems on business development are found,and the advantages and practical significance of Taobao's customer management system are analyzed.Main Taobao shop business problems are analyzed in the customer management which helps shopers to manage customers effectively.By analyzing the existing pages extraction technology,the basic processes and page extraction method are grasped.Then the Java program to extract shop's goods information,trading records and account information in Taobao is designed and developed,and the database is designed to save classify and manage data.Then the Google chart API is used to generate charts,and the website based B/S structure is used to display information on charts,which provide a reference for product marketing in Taobao.
