摘要 他汀类（statins）药物是3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A（HMG-CoA）还原酶抑制剂的简称,是新一代高效降脂药,已成为防治心脑血管疾病的必备药物之一。长期以来,学术界一直认为他汀类药物在脑血管疾病预防中的作用机制主要得益于其降脂作用。然而,近年来越来越多的研究证据显示,他汀类药物除了调脂作用外,还具有稳定斑块、改善内皮功能、
