在成功获得黄瓜花药愈伤组织的基础上,探索了利用愈伤组织分化产生的根尖细胞进行染色体制片的技术方法,为通过花药途径进行黄瓜单倍体育种的早期染色体倍性鉴定奠定了基础。

Based on the successful induction of cucumber anther callus,the chromosome was prepared using the root tip cells differentiated from anther callus.The results provided important technique support for early chromosome polidy determination of cucumber haplid breeding by the way of cucumber anther.
