摘要
采用GC-MS分析法,研究了超声提取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取的佩兰挥发油化学组分的差异,结果表明:在超声法提取的挥发油中鉴定出29个化合物,占总离子流图峰面积的82.59%;在水蒸气提取法的挥发油中共鉴定出18个化合物,占总离子流图峰面积的91.58%。其中含量最高的组分均为α-石竹烯。2种方法提取的挥发油仅有11种相同组分,且各组分的含量有很大差异。用正交试验优化了超声提取法对佩兰挥发油的最佳工艺条件,并对超声提取的挥发油进行了抑菌活性研究,结果表明:佩兰挥发油部分对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、四联球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑菌活性。
The extraction effects of volatile oils from Eupatorium fortune were compared by the ultrasonic extraction and steam distillation extraction by GC/MS.The results showed that 29 and 18 compounds were identified after the two extractions,respectively,which took up 82.59% and 91.58% of the peak area of the total ion-current chromatogram,respectively.The content of α-caryophyllene was the highest.11 components were the same by both extraction methods,while the contents of the components varied greatly.The technological conditions for the ultrasonic extraction were optimized by the orthogonal experiment.The antibacterial activities by ultrasonic extraction were tested.The results showed that the volatile oils exhibited significant antibacterial activities against Micrococcus tetragenus,Staphyloccocus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.
