摘要
采用问卷调查,对青海大学本科导师制实施效果、方案及存在问题进行了系统分析,对进一步实施本科导师制人才培养方案提出了意见和建议。
The effects,scheme and problems on initiatory implementation of education system of undergraduate tutorial have been investigated and analyzed using questionnaire survey in Qinghai University.The suggestions of further implementation of this education system have been given according to the results of this investigation.
