心脏神经症与病毒性心肌炎心率变异性比较的临床意义

Comparison of Heart Rate Variability between Cardioneurosis and Viral Myocarditis

目的探讨病毒性心肌炎与心脏神经性心率变异性(HRV)变化的临床意义。方法将郑州市康复医院住院病人分为病毒性心肌炎组32例,心脏神经官能症组64例,与对照组40例(健康人)进行心率变异性时域分析。结果与对照组比较,病毒性心肌炎组SDNNindex(71.50+22.33)ms、rMSSD(58.06+16.94)ms、PNN50(27.38%±10.07%)明显增高(P<0.01)。心脏神经官能症组与对照组心率变异性比较差异无显著性意义。结论心率变异性的改变对病毒性心肌炎与心脏神经官能症的鉴别有一定参考价值。

ObjectiveTo study the difference of HRV between cardioneurosis and viral myocarditis.MethodsThe patients with heart rate variability were comparatively analyzed among three groups of 32 cases in viral myocarditis,64 cases of cardioneurosis in control group.ResultsSDNNindex,rMSSD,PNN 50 in viral myocarditis were significantly higher than those in the cardioneurosis and normal group（P0.01）.There were not differences between cardioneurosis and normal group.ConclusionThe changes of heart rate variability have some values to distinguish definitely between viral myocarditis and cardioneurosis.
