摘要
采用Y型嗅觉仪测定了香蕉(Musa supientum)对桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)雌虫的引诱活性,并采用固相微萃取技术(Solid phase microextraction,SPME)对香蕉挥发性物质进行收集,并运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对香蕉挥发物化学成分进行分析.结果表明,香蕉对桔小实蝇雌虫具有明显的引诱作用;香蕉挥发物的主要成分是酯类物质,含量较高的是丁酸异戊酯和乙酸异戊酯,其相对含量分别为19.31%和13.0%.推测丁酸异戊酯和乙酸异戊酯可能是香蕉引诱桔小实蝇雌虫的活性成分.
The attractive activity of Musa supientum to Bactrocera dorsalis was studied by Y-tube olfactometer in laboratory,and the volatile components of M.supientu were extracted by solid phase microextraction(SPME) and analyzed by gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric(GC-MS).The results showed that M.supientu possessed significant attractive effect on B.dorsalis,and the main element of the volatile from M.supientu were ester compounds.The content of Isoamyl butyrate(19.31%)was the highest and Isoamyl acetate(13.0%) was the second.It was speculated that two compounds with higher level of banana possibly are active components.
