摘要
以红掌品种"热情"(Tropical)为材料,研究采后鲜切花在7、9、11、13、15、17和19℃不同温度下冷藏处理7 d后对其瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明,在11℃以下冷藏处理7 d后其切花出现冻害症状;17℃为红掌鲜切花的最佳冷藏温度,经此温度冷藏处理的鲜切花瓶插寿命达15.1 d,比对照平均延长3.1 d。同时,测定了17℃冷藏处理后的红掌鲜切花的失水量、吸水量、水分平衡值、可溶性总糖含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化,分析其与红掌鲜切花寿命和品质的关系。研究结果可为建立红掌鲜切花采后冷藏配套技术提供科学依据。
The effects of cold treatment on the vase life of postharvest cut flowers of Anthurium andraeanum at different temperatures of 7,9,11,13,15,17,19 for 7 days were studied.The cut flowers of variety 'Tropical' of Anthurium andraeanum were used as materials.The results showed that the freezing injury symptom was found at 11 ℃ for 7 days cold treatment,the best cold treatment temperature for the cut flowers was 17 ℃,and the vase life was 15.1 days at 17 ℃ for 7 days cold treatment which extended 3.1 days compared with control group.Meanwhile,a series of physiological and biochemical changes including the water loss quantity,the water absorption quantity,the water balance value,total soluble sugar content and MDA content of the fresh cut flowers treated at 17 ℃ after 7 days were measured,the relationship between these changes and the vase life quality of the cut flowers was also analyzed.The research results will provide scientific basis for establishing matching techniques for fresh-keeping postharvest cut flowers of Anthurium andraeanum.
