济钢320m^2烧结机配加经济矿料生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 经济矿料通常由褐铁矿或半褐铁矿组成,含铁品位低、杂质多,用于烧结生产易导致固体燃耗升高、烧结矿强度及烧结成品率降低等。济钢320m2烧结机通过采取优化经济料配矿、厚料层烧结并适当压料、降低焦粉粒度、添加助燃剂、稳定燃料结构等完善生产的措施,配加经济矿料最高达50%。生产实践表明,在保障高炉稳定顺行条件下,烧结配加经济矿料在30%时,各项经济技术指标较好,降低炼铁成本30元/t。 Economic iron ores are consist of limonite and half limonite, are of low iron content and more impurities. The application of them to sintering production tends to cause solid fuel consumption rise and the sinter strength and sintering yield lower etc. Through taking a series of perfecting production measures such as optimizing economic material blending, high bed sintering and appropriate compaction, reducing the granularity of the coke powder, adding combustion promoter and stabilizing the fuel structure, the maximum proportion that Jinan Steel' s 320 m2 sintering machine added the economic iron ores was 50%. The production practices showed that under ensuring the blast furnace smooth operation, when the proportion of low quality iron ores in blending was 30%, the economic and technological indexes were better, reducing iron cost by 30 Yuan per ton.
