摘要
莱钢型钢炼铁厂3号3200m3高炉投产以来,通过使用全风温、提高炉顶压力和富氧率、逐步提高矿批、优化上下部调剂、控制合理的煤气流分布、稳定炉体热负荷以及参数的合理搭配,保证了高炉技术经济指标稳定,生产顺行,平均利用系数2.33t(/m·3d),平均燃料比514kg/t。
Since the No.3 3 200 m3 blast furnace put into production,Laiwu Steel Section Steel Ironmaking Plant has been ensured the technological and economic indexes stable and smooth production by using all wind temperature,increasing the furnace top pressure and the oxygen-enriched rate,gradually increased the weight of ore,optimizing upper and lower part regulation,rationally controlling gas flow distribution,stabilizing heat load of the furnace body etc,and collocating parameters reasonably.Then the average productivity was 2.33 t(/m·3d)and the average fuel rate was 514 kg/t.
