摘要
考察了高辐射覆层技术对济钢高炉热风炉格子砖终点温度、温差及风温的影响,结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,使用覆层技术的2#1750m3高炉2#热风炉,格子砖终点温度提高了51.54℃,格子砖温差增大了86.67℃;使用5a后,终点温度提高112.23℃,格子砖温差增大了139.99℃;3#1750m3高炉3座热风炉应用高辐射覆层技术后,风温平均提高23.6℃,年效益达2173万元。
This article investigated the influences of High Radiant Coating Technology(HRCT) on the terminal temperature,temperature gradient and blast temperature before mixture of BF hot stoves in Jinan Steel.The results are as follows:Under the same conditions,the terminal temperature of No.2 hot-blast stove for No.2 1 750 m3 BF checker bricks used HRCT increased by 51.54 Celsius degree,the temperature gradient of the checker bricks increased by 86.67 Celsius degree;After 5 years operation,the terminal temperature increased by 112.23 Celsius degree and the temperature gradient increased by 139.99 Celsius degree;After the three hot-blast stoves for No.3 1 750 m3BF applied HRCT,the hot-blast temperature increased by 23.6 Celsius degree averagely and the economic benefits per year reached 21.73 million Yuan.
