莱钢卡鲁金顶燃式热风炉长期保温工艺实践

摘要 莱钢2#1880m3高炉停炉期间,将倒流休风的原理运用到热风炉"倒流送风"上,采用"反吹法"解决热风炉保温过程中烟道温度较高无法烧炉的难题,用较少煤气烧炉,实现了硅砖热风炉近4个月保温的目的。 During the No.2 1 880 m3 BF blowing out,Lauwu Steel took some measures and realized the long-term heat preservation of the silica brick hot-blast stoves for near four months with small coal gas burner.The measures include:using the principle of back draught into the reverse flow air blast for the hot-blast stoves,adopting blow back method to settle the problem of no stove burner because of the higher flue temperature in the heat preservation of the stove.
