莱钢2~#1880m^3高炉高渣比冶炼实践

摘要 受原燃料质量的影响,高炉入炉料综合品位降低,渣比升高。为保证高炉顺行,采取加强原燃料管理、优化完善操作制度、合理控制高炉参数以及加强出铁管理等措施,实现了高渣比(405~415kg/t)条件下的强化冶炼,平均日产量达5039.67t,入炉焦比为352kg/t,燃料比516kg/t。 Because of the influences of raw and fuel materials,the integration iron content of the BF charged iron ore decreased and the slag ratio increased.In order to ensure regular blast-furnace performance,Laiwu Steel adopted a series of measures such as strengthening raw and fuel material management,optimizing and perfecting operation systems,controlling blast furnace parameters in reason and reinforcing tapping management.Then the BF realized sharp working under the condition of high slag ratio which was between 405 and 415 kg/t,the daily average yield reached 5 039.67 t,the charge coke ratio was 352 kg/t and the fuel ratio was 516 kg/t.
