摘要
本文从专业防雷的角度,对安装有SPD却仍然年年遭雷击而损坏电气电子设备的雷击事故实例进行了分析,再次充分说明防雷工程是一项系统工程。其中任一环节设计不完善或被忽略掉,一旦发生雷击,电气电子设备就可能遭到毁坏。同时依据现代防雷理论,指出了程控交换机电源系统雷电防护级数设计不够、信号系统没有安装SPD、机房没有采取屏蔽措施与等电位连接等是石油管理站电气电子设备遭雷击的重要原因。
We analysis a lightning accident example professionally in this paper,the electronic equipments in Ziyang Petroleum Administration Station had several times damaged by lightning strikes every year,although it had installed some SPDs(surge protective devices).We can conclude:Lightning protection project is a systematic project,if any sector in lightning protection has been ignored or imperfect,perhaps,electronic equipments and facilities will be destroyed by lightning.From modern lightning theory,the important reasons of lightning-strike to this station include: insufficient of SPD's stage number for the PABX's power system;here is not any SPD installed for signal's system;there is not any shielding or equipotential connecting measures for computer room.
