摘要
目的了解宁波市感染性腹泻病原菌中副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布、毒力基因特点和耐药性状况,为预防和控制由副溶血性弧菌引起的感染性腹泻提供科学依据。方法采用血清学试验对副溶血性弧菌进行血清分群;利用PCR扩增检测副溶血性弧菌的耐热溶血毒素基因(tdh)和耐热溶血毒素相关基因(trh);采用K-B纸片扩散法检测抗生素敏感性。结果宁波地区引起感染性腹泻的副溶血性弧菌的89.19%是O3血清群,tdh基因携带率达到89.19%,trh基因全部阴性,对除氨苄西林外的大多数抗菌药物敏感。结论宁波地区引起感染性腹泻的副溶血性弧菌的血清群主要是O3群,且携带tdh基因,对大多数抗菌药物敏感。
Objective To investigate the serogroup distribution,the characteristics of toxin genes and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus that caused infectious diarrhea in Ningbo city,providing scientific basis for further prevention and control.Methods Serogroups were determined with serological experiment.Toxin genes tdh and trh were detected by PCR.Antimicrobial susceptibility was examined with K-B disc diffusion method.Results Among all the strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus inducing infectious diarrhea in Ningbo city,89.19% of them were O3 serotype.The carrying rate of tdh gene reached 89.19% while none of trh gene was found.All the strains tested were sensitive to the majority of antibiotics except ampicillin.Conclusion The predominant serogroup of Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing infectious diarrhea in Ningbo was O3,all of which had the tdh gene,sensitive to most of the antibiotics.
