沥青混合料芯样图像自动检测系统的研制 被引量:2

摘要 目前公路行业对沥青混合料细观结构的研究缺少配套检测手段,为了解决这个问题,设计了一种对沥青混合料表面图像的标准采集方法,并实现了该系统。系统基于线阵CCD和竖立转台,通过上位机控制系统采集,并可以在此基础上,提取沥青混合料的图像特征。本文给出了系统的总体设计及工作原理,以及系统的软硬件实现。在测试实验中,实现了沥青混合料芯样图像的无失真自动采集。通过图像特征与空隙率的对比,验证了系统所测指标的物理意义,证明系统可以作为一种可靠地测试手段发挥作用。 There is a shortage in means of measurement on asphalt mixture's microstructure currently.To solve this problem,this paper provides a method for asphalt mixture microstructure's standard image acquisition,and imple-ments the system.The instrument bases on linear CCD and the erected turntable controlled by host PC to perform,which can acquire the asphalt mixture's images and extract the image features based on this system.This paper de-scribes the instrument's designs,operating principle and implementation both in software and hardware.The asphalt mixture core specimens' images were acquired successfully in the experimental tests without distortion.This sys-tem verifies the physical meaning as a standard reliable measurement by analyze the images' features with the air voids rations of the asphalt mixture core specimens.
