通过介绍少油点火系统组成、设备结构及工作原理,对某电厂60MW机组轻油点火系统改造过程中遇到的具体问题进行分析,提出解决办法,并在实际运行工作中进行验证。通过运行实践,表明了少油点火系统燃烧的稳定性,系统节油效果明显。

By introducing the composition,structure and working principle of the tiny-oil ignition system,the concrete problems arised from reforming a light oil ignition system in a 60MW unit,were analysed and the solutions were put forward.The stable combustion performance was verified in the practical operation,remarkable economic benefit was proved.
